Find Your
Community Animator
| What is
an Animator? An animator is
someone who can help you get things happening with your group and in your community.
Live Green Toronto animators are here to
help you make your community greener, and to help you find information
and resources to live greener.
Check the map at right to find out which
community region you live in and then find the contact information for

communityanimators
Under the Live Green Toronto
program, there are two community animation projects currently underway
which offer two distinct approaches to community organizing. You
can choose the one that best fits your needs:
Tenants:
ACORN Canada
and the
Toronto Environmental Alliance are
contacting tenants directly in priority neighbourhoods across the City.
See the
Live Green Toronto
website for details
on which neighbourhoods are being organized through this project.
Community Groups:
our project is working with community groups and community leaders
across the city. We have set up four regional networks, and our
animators are helping groups to engage their members and develop
community projects. We are also working at the local level where
there is interest in creating a local network of groups that want to
green their community.
Focused Animators
