Members

The CCO has two main categories of members: organizations and individuals. We've also added two new membership categories for businesses and municipalities, reflecting the transition of the modern conservation movement to a widespread multi-sectoral commitment to facilitate the transition to a conserver society and economy.

Organization membership is open to all provincial not-for-profit associations, including environmental, cultural and professional associations. Individual members bring additional expertise to the Council, and are elected on an annual basis. We currently have 44 member organizations and 62 individual members.

Municipal and business membership guidelines are under development, but we encourage interested parties to contact us if you are interested in formal membership.
